Appendix D: 

Detector Calibration 

This  procedure  performs  the  aligment  of  the  SARK-110  internal  measurement 

circuits. This operation is done once at the factory and it is not necessary that the 

user do this operation but this is provided anyhow. 

For the calibration it is required the following test loads: 0, 50, 100, and 200-ohm. 

These  loads  need  to  have  good  precission  and  stability  and  should  be  properly 

implemented in order to have the minimum stray impedance. 

Before  performing  the  operation  it  is  highly  recommended  backing-up  the 

“detcalib.dat” file that contains the factory adjustments. 

The  calibration  operation  is  available  in  the  «Setup»  «Calibration»  «Detector 

Calibration».
