Appendix B:

Updating the firmware

The firmware of the SARK-110 is upgradeable via USB as described in the

following steps:

1. Connect the SARK-110 to the PC with an USB cable

2. Copy the firmware file, e.g. SARK110-VAA-APP.dfu to the USB disk

3. Power-off the SARK-110 and power on the unit pressing the button

Run/Hold [

] simultaneously

4. From the Device Firmware Upgrade screen the user will be prompted to

install the firmware file

5. If there are several firmware files they could be selected by using the

Navigator B

6. The firmware upgrade will start after pressing the button Select [

■

]

7. Once complete pressing the button “Save Conf” [

] will reset the

analyzer and the new firmware will be run
