8.2 Next maintenance label
If maintenance is not carried out by MEIKO Service, the
Next maintenance
label shows
when the next maintenance of the cleaning and disinfection machine is necessary.
The month in which the maintenance is necessary is at the top
(in the 12 o’clock position).
8.3 Process validation
The the operator must typically determine the appropriate output of the cleaning and dis-
infection process. In some countries, this is required by national laws, ordinances or rec-
ommendations.
8.4 Routine checks
The operator must perform routine checks daily before starting work. The following items
must be visually checked:
Wash nozzles in wash chamber (completeness and damage)
Wash chamber (soiling)
Basin holder (damage and dish holders)
Chemical canister (level and suitable chemicals)
Fault and warning indicator in the display (notify in case of fault)
