Under short frame mode, data do sampling in PCM_CLK falling edge and send in rising edge,
PCM_SYNC falling edge represents high effective bits. PCM_CLK supports 128, 256, 512, 1024
and 2048kHz voice coding.
Under long frame mode, data do sampling in PCM_CLK falling edge and send in rising edge,
PCM_SYNC falling edge represents high effective bits. PCM_CLK only supports 128 kHz
PCM_CLK and 8kHz, 50% duty ratio PCM_SYNC.
SLM156 supports 8-bit A-law, u-law and 16 bits linear coding mode. The following two figures are
short frame mode timing (PCM_SYNC=8 kHz, PCM_CLK= 2048kHz) and long frame mode timing
(PCM_SYNC=8 kHz, PCM_CLK= 128kHz).
