ILLUMINATION AND ELECTRIC-PNEUMATIC SYSTEM
The pneumatic system is controlled by an electric circuit which is set inside a box on top of the cabinet. Layout
of the front panel of the electric control box:

Function descriptions:

Fuse – Overload and short circuit protection
•
Power switch – Connects and disconnects power source
•
Light switch – Connects and disconnects light
•
Door-closed indicator –Indicator lights if door is shut and fixed gun can be used
•
Fixed gun indicator – If indicator lights, fixed gun is in use
•
Hand held gun indicator – If indicator lights, hand held gun is ready for use or in use
•
Air pressure gauge – Indicates air pressure for blasting
•
Air pressure valve – Controls working pressure of compressed air. If turned clockwise, it increases. If
turned counter-clockwise, it decreases.
•
Foot pedal – Controls fixed gun blasting time
•
Electromagnetic valve – Controls the shift of air outlet

Connect the power cord on the rear panel to a grounded power source.

Press power switch to “ON”, the power indicator will illuminate.

Press light switch to “ON”, the light indicator will illuminate.

The door status tester is a safety feature designed to protect the operator and surrounding environment
from abrasive material. When the door-closed indicator is on, it indicates the door is closed securely and
the fixed gun is available for work under the control of foot pedal.

If the control system breaks or if there us malfunction, have it repaired by a qualified technician.
SANDBLASTING TECHNIQUE
5.
Choose a nozzle size based on the used abrasive material.
6.
Use a suitable grade of abrasive.
7.
Move the workpiece during blasting evenly and circularly.
8.
The air pressure should be stable when blasting.
9.
Ensure a good illumination to have clear view of the cabinet space.
