CAUTION:
The warnings, cautions and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all pos-
sible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and
caution are factors which cannot be built into any product, but must be supplied by the operator.
3. BEFORE STARTING
The Tear-Down Table is shipped in three cartons. Carton 1 contains the top table panel. Carton 2 contains
legs, casters and plastic drain receptacle. Carton 3 contains the metal drawer. After unpacking, make sure that
all parts shown on the Parts Diagram are included. When assembling, more than one person is needed for
stabilizing parts being assembled and for lifting table.

Put top of the Table face down on the floor in this step; be sure to protect the finish of top of the Table.
Use screws (3), washers (5) and nuts (4) to bolt the legs to top of the table (6).

Secure the panels (11) with screws, washers and nuts.
3.
Use screws, washers and nuts to attach the frame for the drawer (7) to under the top of table closer to
the front of the top of table.
4.
Pull metal drawer (8) out of the metal drawer housing and use screws to attach the metal drawer
housing to the frame for the drawer.
5.
Slide the metal drawer into track by lifting up the rear of the drawer.
6.
Install the lock (13) at the back of the drawer. Push the button on each side into the predrilled holes to
keep drawer from sliding out too far.
7.
Slide the plastic tub (9) in the tracks under the top table. Screw in the two M8x30 screws (12) into the
holes on the track. This will keep plastic tub from sliding out too far. Remove the M8x30 screws to
empty fluid in the plastic tub.
8.
Use screws, washers and nuts to attach two swivel casters (1) to the legs (2) on one side of the table.
9.
Use screws, washers and nuts to attach tow swivel casters with locks (10) to the legs on the other side
of the table.
4. MAINTENANCE
•
Maintain tools with care. Always keep tools clean for better and safer performance. Never operate tool
if any portions of the tools operating controls are inoperable, disconnected, altered or not working
properly.
•
Check damaged parts. Always inspect every tool for damages prior to using it. If part looks damaged
careful inspection should be made to determine if it will operate or perform its intended function. Any
part that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by qualified technician.
•
Replacement parts and accessories. This product is to be repaired and serviced only by a qualified
technician. Only identical replacement parts should be used when this product is serviced. The use of
any other parts will void the warranty. Only use accessories intended for use with this tool.
•
Maintenance. The maintenance outlined in the maintenance section should be performed regularly.
For your safety this product should only be serviced or repaired by a qualified technician.
•
Use non-corrosive, water-based cleaning solvents only. Do not use any flammable solvents, such as
gasoline, toluene, or diesel fuel. Do not use any solvents which create hazardous fumes.
•
Use non-skid footwear or safety shoes. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
•
When the table is not in use, have it drained, cleaned, and then store in a dry location to reduce rust.
