SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Save these instructions for future reference.
WARNING:
It is not certain that screened conductors, or conductors behind thick walls, metal walls, or
high density walls, will be detected. Always switch off the power when working near electric cables.
The product detects alternating voltage 110 VAC and 220 VAC or higher.
General safety instructions
Search for alternating voltage conductors first, unless you are sure that there are no such
conductors in the area.
Be careful when nailing, screwing, or drilling etc. in walls, ceilings or floors where there can be
cables or pipes near the surface.
Screened conductors or conductors without voltage, television aerial cables and telephone cables,
are not detected.
Studs are normally placed at intervals of about 40 to 60 cm and are about 35
–40 mm in width.
Objects with different thickness or other spacing can be something else.
Always switch off the power when working near electric cables.
