Emptying
• Tilt the drum with the wheel to empty it.
• Place a wheelbarrow or other suitable container under the drum
before emptying it.
• Watch out to make sure no material ends up on the ground.
Transport
NOTE:
Unplug the concrete mixer from the mains before moving it.
1. Turn the drum so the opening is pointing down.
2. Release fold together the support leg before transporting with a vehicle.
3. Secure the concrete mixer with straps or the equivalent.
4. Do not lift the concrete mixer with a crane, or the equivalent.
MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT:
• Switch off the concrete mixer, unplug the power cord and wait until all moving parts have completely stopped before carrying out any maintenance,
repairs and/or other interventions.
• Repairs must be carried out by qualified personnel or an authorised service centre.
• Always check the concrete mixer before using it. Do not use the concrete mixer unless all the safety devices are correctly fitted and working.
• Do not use the concrete mixer if the power cord or plug are damaged.
Cleaning
IMPORTANT:
Switch off the concrete mixer, unplug the power cord and wait until all moving parts have completely stopped.
• Rinse the drum with water after using it.
• Remove any adhered cement or mortar. Do not try knocking off solidified material from the motor or drum with a shovel or other hard implement,
this can damage the concrete mixer.
Checking/adjust the belt tension
IMPORTANT:
Switch off the concrete mixer, unplug the power cord and wait until all moving parts have completely stopped.
• Remove the cover from over the motor and check the belt tension. The belt is correctly tensioned if it can be pressed in about 5 mm at the mid point
between the pulleys by hand.
• The belt is a wearing part and must be replaced when it is worn. Undo the retaining screws on the motor, replace the belt, then move the motor so
that the new belt is correctly tensioned. Tighten the screws.
• Replace the cover over the motor.
