SWITCHING ON/OFF
1. Start the product by pressing the power
switch button I (3a).
2. Switch off the product by pressing the
power switch button O (3b).

3. Wait until all moving parts have come to a
complete standstill.
NOTE:
The product has a magnetic switch to ensure
that it cannot start unexpectedly when the
power is restored after a power cut. If the
product stops as a result of a power cut it
must be started again by pressing the power
switch button I (3a). Check the functionality
of the magnetic switch at regular intervals
by pulling out the plug and plugging it back
in when in use. The product should switch off
and then not start again.
HOW TO USE
• Check the power cord, plug and all
accessories for damage before using the
product. Do not use the product if it is
damaged, or worn.
• Always check before use that all the
accessories are correctly fitted.
• Keep other people, especially children, and
pets at a safe distance from the work area.
• Use suitable safety equipment and take
regular pauses.
• Keep a firm grip on the control wheel
when turning it. Adjust the drum to a
suitable angle.
• Start the product.
• Always start the product before filling
material in the drum. The drum should
rotate during the filling.
• Do not throw material into the drum, this
can cause it fasten on the back of the
drum. Pour the material into the drum in
a steady flow.
• Make sure there is enough space to work
around the product. Do not use the
product in extreme temperatures (> 40°C
℃)
.
WARNING!
• Do not attempt to move the product
when it is full and/or in use – risk of
personal injury.
• Never leave the product unattended when
it is running. Do not switch off the product
when there is material in the drum.
MIXING
1. Put the required amount of gravel in the
drum.
2. Put the required amount of cement in the
drum.
3. Put the required amount of water in the
drum.
4. Put the required amount of water in the
drum.
5. Repeat these steps until the right
consistency is obtained.
6. Allow the material to mix.
7. Do not overload the drum.
NOTE:
Contact Jula or other qualified personnel for
advice concerning the composition of the
material.
AFTER USE
1. Switch off the product, pull out the plug,
and allow it to cool.
2. Check, clean and store the product as
described in the maintenance instructions.
CHECKING AND TENSIONING THE
BELT
1. Tension the belt after 25 working hours.
Follow the instructions below to check the
tension of the belt.
2. Remove the guard over the belt.
3. Check the belt for cracks and other
damage. If the belt is damaged, replace it
as described below.
1. Undo the screws on the motor
