The product does not
start.
No power supply.
Check the power cord, plug, power
point and fuse.
Overheating, usually because
the temperature of the water is
too hot.
Identify and rectify the reason.
Blockage.
Clean the filter.
The residual current device has
tripped.
Reset the residual current device.
Contact an authorised electrician if
the residual current device continues
to trip.
Motor malfunction.
Contact an authorised service centre.
The product runs, but
delivers no water.
The suction tube is blocked.
Remove the blockage.
The product sucks air.
Make sure that all the connections
are airtight.
The product is blocked by a
foreign object.
Clean the filter.
Pump capacity too low.
The delivery height is too high.
Do not exceed the maximum delivery
height.
The diameter of the outlet tube
is too small.
Use an outlet tube with a suitable
diameter.
The outlet tube is blocked.
Remove the blockage.
The suction tube is blocked.
Clear the suction tube.
The outlet tube is bent.
Straighten out the outlet tube.
Outlet tube is leaking.
Make sure that the outlet tube and all
the connections are tight.
