The product does not
work.
No power supply.
Check the power cord, plug, power
point and fuse.
The motor overheats because
the temperature of the water is
too hot.
Eliminate the cause of overheating.
The maximum temperature of the
water is indicated in the technical
data.
The motor overheats because
the ventilation openings are
blocked.
The residual current device has
tripped.
Reset the residual current device.
Contact an authorised electrician if
the problem persists.
Defective motor.
Contact the retailer.
The pump does not
provide enough water.
Pressure too low.
Not enough water.
Check that the water level is not too
low.
Suction hose leaking.
Seal the suction tube and tighten all
the connections.
Suction height too high.
Do not exceed the maximum suction
height (see technical data).
The suction height should be
subtracted from the delivery height.
Filter contaminated or blocked.
Clean or replace the filter.
Non-return valve blocked.
Clean or replace the valve.
Water leaking between the
motor and pump, axle seal
leaking.
Contact the retailer.
The pump is blocked or
defective.
Clean the pump with clean water and
remove any blockage.
Air in the pump or suction tube.
Fill the pump housing with water. If
the suction tube has a non-return
valve, fill the tube with water.
Change of suction conditions in
the well (sand etc.).
Check the well and the quality of the
water.
The suction tube inlet has
sucked to the underlying
surface.
Use a shorter suction tube or anchor
it. Use an inlet filter with non-return
valve.
