Remove the Patch
• Press and hold the needle release button on the side of the Reservoir Patch, and slide it in the
direction of the arrow to retract the needle.
• Gently remove the entire Patch Pump. Use a medical adhesive remover or baby oil if necessary.
• Bend the adhesive pad and peel off the double-sided tape.
• Press and hold the two release buttons on opposite sides of the Pump Base, and pull the Pump Base
outward to remove it from the Reservoir Patch.

Warning:
Once the Patch is removed from the skin, do not attempt to press the needle button again.
Doing so will result in injury.
