OMMON PROBLEMS
The computer does not recognise the appliance:
¾
Check the installation (page 36, Windows 98SE: is the driver in-
stalled?)
¾
Have the cable and the device been connected in accordance
with regulations?
¾
Check that the USB devices have been integrated correctly in
the Windows Device Manager. Try installing the USB controller
again.
The device cannot be operated:
¾
Is locking active (see page 22)?
¾
Is the device connected through USB?
¾
Is the power supply guaranteed (empty battery)?
¾
The software could also have been blocked by unpredicted con-
nections, if an entry is not possible. You will be able to log out
the device by removing the battery and reinserting it.
A video cannot be played:
¾
The format is not supported.
