Never ever extinguish smouldering dough in the appli-
ance with water!
8.8. End of programme
At the end of the set baking time, several acoustic signals will sound and the display
will show
0:00
. The appliance switches automatically to Keep Warm mode. You can
leave the baked goods in the appliance for up to 60 minutes; they are kept warm by
the circulating air.
After 60 minutes following completion of the programme, at the latest, the baked
goods must be removed from the appliance.
8.9. Remove baked goods from the appliance
Switch off the appliance after the programme is complete using the on/off
switch and open the lid.
Lift out the dough container using the handle.
CAUTION! HOT SURFACE!
The baking container, the dough container and the wire
handle of the container are very hot. When removing the
dough container, always use oven gloves or a cloth to
avoid burns!
Carefully loosen the bread from the edge of the dough container using a wood-
en spatula. A metal implement can damage the coating of the dough container.
Do not use a knife or similar implement to loosen the baked goods.
Turn over the dough container. Carefully tap the bottom to release the baked
goods. Allow to cool off on a wire rack.
8.9.1. Release dough hooks
If the dough hook gets caught in the baked goods, remove only after the dough
has cooled off.
If the dough hooks remain in the dough container and cannot be removed easi-
ly, immerse the container in warm or hot water for up to 30 minutes as necessary.
