2.3. Use of rechargeable batteries
Batteries may contain combustible materials. If not handled
properly, rechargeable batteries may leak, heat up excessive-
ly, ignite or even explode, which could result in damage to the
product and your health.

replaced incorrectly.
Replace rechargeable batteries with the same or
equivalent type only.
Please note the following safety advice:
• Rechargeable batteries can be fatal if swallowed. Therefore
keep the remote control and batteries out of reach of small
children. If a rechargeable battery is swallowed, it is essential
to seek medical assistance immediately.
• Always observe the correct polarity.
• Never discharge the batteries by excessive power output.
• Never short-circuit the batteries.
• Never expose the batteries to excessive heat, such as
sunlight, fire, strong artificial light, etc.
• Do not dismantle or deform the batteries. You could injure
your hands or fingers, or battery fluid could come into
contact with your eyes or skin. If this happens, rinse the
affected areas with plenty of clean water and consult a
doctor immediately.
• Avoid heavy knocks and vibrations.
• If necessary, clean the contacts on the batteries and on the
product before inserting the batteries.
• Remove used batteries from the product immediately.
