19. Troubleshooting
If the device malfunctions, please check first if you can remedy the problem yourself
with the help of the following hints.
Never try to repair the devices yourself. Please contact our Service Centre or another
professional repair shop if a repair is necessary.

20. Cleaning
Switch off the device before cleaning it.
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the device. Never use rough cloths, abrasive detergent,
thinners or solutions containing alcohol to clean the device. These can damage the
device.
