12. Cleaning and care
Before working on the RGB LED strip, always disconnect it from the mains power supply.
To do so, unplug the mains power adapter from the power socket.
Do not use solvents, petrol, etc. This could damage the device.
Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.

= Make sure that the mains power adapter is plugged into the power socket

= The WLAN connection has been interrupted. There is no internet connection.
= Check whether your smartphone is connected to the WLAN network.
= Ensure that the router has established an Internet connection.
