Enter the old PIN with the number keys at the ‘Old. PIN?’ entry and
confirm with
MENU .

Enter a new four-digit PIN, chosen by yourself, at the ‘New. PIN?’ entry
and confirm with
MENU .

Enter the new PIN again at the ‘Repeat’ entry and confirm with MENU .
The system PIN will now have been changed.
Exchange identification code
The exchange identification code is only necessary if you operate the
telephone in a PABX. For external calls, you usually have to dial an
exchange identification code first.
Find out which exchange identification code is required for your telephone
system.

Open the ‘PBX access’ sub-menu in the ‘Base Settings’ menu.

Enter exchange identification code of your telephone system and
confirm with
MENU .
If your telephone recognises the exchange identification code at the
beginning of the telephone number, it will automatically insert a pause
after the exchange identification code during dialling.
