If you want to interrupt playback, lift the pick-up arm carefully off the record.
To switch off the device, press the button.
NOTE!
On some records, playback may stop before the record
has completely ended. In this case, switch off the
AUTO
STOP
function with the
AUTO STOP
switch. Switch this
function back on (
ON
) once playback has been com-
pleted otherwise the turntable will not stop rotating.
12. Cassette mode
Switch the device on by pressing .
If necessary, press the
FUNCTION
button until the operating mode
TAPE
appears on the display.
Insert the cassette into the cassette compartment with the tape on the right un-
til it clicks into place. Playback will start automatically.
Press in the
EJECT
button completely to stop playback and eject the cassette.
If you want to fast forward the cassette to a certain position, press the
EJECT
button half way in to start fast forwarding. The button remains in its depressed
position.
Press the
EJECT
button again lightly to return to normal playback.
NOTE!
Ensure that the cassette is aligned in the correct direc-
tion when inserting it.
There is no playback of the recording when the cassette
is being fast forwarded.
Always remove the cassette from the device when play-
back has been completed. Also remove the cassette if
you select another function.
