The dough blade
Using the dough blade, you can stir dif
ferent cake doughs and knead bread doughs.
Fit the work bowl and snap it into place by turning (note markings).
Then place the dough blade onto the drive axle until it snap
s into place audibly
.
Now you can fill the work bowl with the ingredient
s.
When making a dough, it is recommended to fill in first the dry ingredient
s (flour
, sugar
, or similar) and
then the other ingredient
s (eggs, fat, milk, or similar).
Finally
, fit the cover with the pusher and snap this into place by turning (note marking).
Set the food processor to the required performance level (note the t
able on p
age 10).
If the dough is finished, switch of
f the food processor (0).

Carefully remove the dough blade.
Release the work bowl by turning the same.
Use the sp
atula to fill the dough into another cont
ainer for further processing.
Screw

aperture until it snap

place audibly
.

Place lid onto the bowl.
Turn in
clockwise
direction
until
the
nose
snap
s into place audibly in the
guide rail.
