Problem Solution
No diffusion − Fill the water reservoir with
suffi cient water.
− Clean the water tank.
− Clean the diffuser outlet/air
outlet/ventilation.
Water is leaking − Put the water reservoir cover
on correctly.
− If the temperature is too low
or the humidity is too high,
condensation may form on the
surfaces. Choose a different
installation location.
Device unintentionally
fell over while in use − Disconnect the mains adapter
and remove the device cover.
− Pour the remaining water out
of the water reservoir.
− When doing so, shake the
device carefully to drain water
from inside the mechanism.
− Leave to dry for at least 24
hours.
