XL seat has been installed in the vehicle's
seat and adjustments have been made, follow these
instructions to secure the child.
・
Loosen the harness and unfasten the harness
buckles (upper and lower). Move the harness straps
to the side of the seat, and place the child in the seat
(Fig.
A ).
・
Position the harness strap around the child and verify
the harness is not twisted and / or tangled. Proper
connection is confirmed with a positive click after
inserting buckle tongue (Fig. B).
・
Fasten the lower harness buckle first. Gently pull the
harness strap to the side to tighten the lap section
(Fig. C).
NOTE :
The child’s hip should be positioned as deep as
possible to firmly secure.
・
Next, fasten the upper harness buckle on the
chest. Proper connection is confirmed with a
positive click after inserting buckle tongue
(Fig. D).
・
Gently pull down the harness straps to tighten the
shoulder section (Fig. E).
WARNING
In order to avoid pushing and / or choking your child
body, always make sure by your hands, the tightness of
fastening straps is appropriate (Fig. F).
・
Verify again that the 4-point harness is not twisted
and the child is properly secured.
