LIMITED WARRANTY
The Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser its new Blanket Warmer (except for components
not warranted under
“Exclusions”) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of
5 years under normal use and service. The Manufacturer
’s obligation under this warranty is limited to
the repair or replacement, at the Manufacturer
’s option, of the parts or the product defects of which
are reported to the Manufacturer within the applicable warranty period and which, upon examination
by the Manufacturer prove to be defective. The Manufacturer reserves the right to require the Buyer to
return the Blanket Warmer for work covered under this warranty at the Buyer
’s expense.
The applicable warranty period, measured from the date of delivery to the original user, shall be 5
years. After the first year, the Manufacturer
’s obligation shall be further limited to cover only the cost
of replacement parts and shall exclude labor costs.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover and the manufacturer shall not be liable for the following:
v
Repairs and replacements because of misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, freight
damage or tampering
v
Products considered to be of a consumable nature
v
Accessories or parts not manufactured by the Manufacturer
v
Charges by anyone for adjustments, repairs, replacement parts, installation, or other work
performed upon or in connection with such products which is not expressly authorized in writing in
advance by the Manufacturer
UNLESS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF FITNESS AND/OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTY IMPLIED BY CUSTOM, USAGE OR COURSE OF DEALING.
The Manufacturer
’s only obligation under this warranty is the repair or replacement of defective parts.
The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or
consequential damages or delay, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or loss of
use. No representative has any authority to change the above warranty or the Manufacturer
’s liability.
This document supersedes all other previous warranty provisions. No other warranty is applicable to
this product.
This warranty is only in effect in the United States and Canada.
