If the device does not work properly, first check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps listed, contact the customer service
department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical device yourself!
DISPOSAL

be recycled.
This device is governed by the European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical
and electronic equipment (WEEE). Do not dispose of this device as normal domestic
waste, but rather in an environmentally friendly manner via an officially approved waste
disposal company

The device does not work.
The device is not supplied
with power.
Check For:
• The I/O button (12) has been pressed and the
control lamp (19) is lit.
• All cables are correctly connected to each
other.
• The main adapter is plugged in the plug socket
or the car adapter is plugged in the cigarette
lighter.
• The plug socket or the cigarette lighter is
defective.
• The fuse of the main connection is inserted
The device is overheated.
The device was in
operation several times in
succession / for too long.
Disconnect the main connection and allow the
device to cool down. Always disconnect the
device from the main when it is not in use.
The device makes noises.
Operating noises are a normal consequence of the mechanics and not a defect.
