Program mode: The device has 3 automatic training programs. The time and speed for each of these is preset, and cannot be adjusted. Follow the instructions 

below when using this mode:

1.  Connect the device to the mains. Turn on the power switch. 

2.  Press the On/Off button on the control panel or remote control.

3.  There are 3 different exercise programs (P1, P2, P3) to choose from. Repeatedly press the P button on the control panel or the remote control until the 

desired program appears in the program display. 

4.  Table 1 shows the exercise tempo and duration of each program.

5.  Once you have selected the desired program, start the program by pressing the Start/Stop button on the control panel or the remote control. 

6.  You can stop the workout at any time by pressing the Start/Stop button on the control panel or remote control. Once you have completed your workout, 

switch off the device using the On/Off button on the control panel or the remote control.

Table 1: Auto program mode: In P mode P1, P2, P3, the time is 10 minutes.

USE OF THE DEVICE/ RECOMMENDED EXERCISES (#4-8)
#4
  Stand on the machine with both feet straight and your legs apart. Your legs should be roughly shoulder width apart   

 

For training: hips, buttocks 

#5  Stand with both feet on the device. Your legs should be roughly shoulder width apart. Now bend your knees   

 

For training: thighs 

#6  Sit on a chair or sofa, and place both feet on the device   

 

For training: thighs & calves  

#7  Lie on the floor and place both feet on the machine    

 

For activating: legs    

#8  Kneel on the floor, rest your hands on the device, and lean your body forward  

 

For training & activating: shoulder joints, arms

TRANSPORT (#9)

After it has been switched off, the device can be moved by lifting it up in the centre on both sides. Since the underside is fitted with suction feet, you need enough 

lifting force to overcome these.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE  

•   Before cleaning the unit, make sure the power switch is set to OFF and the power cord is unplugged.

•   You can use a clean and dry broom or brush to remove dust from the appliance.

•   The tread can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

•   Do not clean the device with caustic agents; these pose a risk of damage.

•   Clean the remote control with a clean, dry cloth. Do not clean with a damp cloth as it may lead to malfunctions.

•   If the device is left unused for an extended period of time, place it in the box and store it in a cool, dry place. Remove the batteries from the remote control.

•   If the device has a defect, follow the instructions in the „Troubleshooting“ section. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

•   The safety level of the device can only be maintained if it is regularly checked for damage and wear. If any part of the device is defective, do not replace it 

yourself. Please contact our customer service (contact information on the back). Cease using the device until it has been repaired. In particular, the power 

cable should be checked for wear.

The appliance will not start

The appliance is being sent too many 

commands that cannot be processed in time.

Switch off and then restart.
