crow‘s feet.
WRINKLES AROUND THE MOUTH:
Apply a moisturiser and then begin on
one side at the lower centre of the chin.
Move the device in an upwards direction
with a zig-zag movement, just above
the corner of the mouth. Repeat this
exercise for 30 seconds, then perform it
on the other side for 30 seconds as well.
NASOLABIAL FOLDS: Apply a
moisturiser and then perform zig-zag
motions with the device, starting from
the bottom of the fold, and following the
profile upwards. Perform this exercise
on one side of the face for 30-40
seconds, then repeat on the other side
of the face.
CHEEKS: Apply a moisturiser and move
the device from the joining point of the
nose in a circular motion across the
cheek to the anterior edge of the ear.
Perform this exercise for 30 seconds,
then repeat on the other side of the face.
LINES UNDER THE EYES: Apply a good
eye cream before this exercise. Move
the device from the inner corner of the
eye to the outer corner of the eye in a
single sliding motion while pressing the
device to the bone area. Perform this
exercise for 30-40 seconds, then repeat
around the other eye.
DO NOT SET THE TONE CONTROL
KNOB ANY HIGHER THAN LEVEL 3 FOR
THIS EXERCISE.
CROW‘S FEET: Apply good eye cream
before this exercise. Perform circular
motions across this area. Do this for 30-
45 seconds on each side.
