Some firewall and anti-Virus tools will forbid “UPnP” protocol. That will affect the
connection between “MediaGate DMS” and MG-800HD. It is suggested to allow
“MediaGate DMS” pass through your firewall or temporarily turn off your firewall when
you are using MG-800HD.
Follow these steps to disable firewall:
1. Select ‘Control Panel”

Select “Security” and click “Allow a program through Windows firewall”.
3. Choose “Exceptions” Tab, and click “Add program…”
