User’s Guide

Refresh / Delete / Delete all

The three buttons on the bottom of the menu perform several functions. The

Refresh

button will refresh the current screen and ensure the current list of recordings is up to

date and all status buttons show the correct unit status.

The

Delete

button will delete the currently selected file.

ONLY

the selected file is

removed. After the

Delete

button is selected, a pop-up window asking for confirmation

is presented to ensure this button was not selected in error.

Caution – deleted files

cannot be retrieved!

The

Delete all

button will delete

ALL

the current recordings on the hard drive. After

the

Delete all

is selected, a pop-up window asking for confirmation is presented to

ensure this button was not selected in error.

Caution – deleted files cannot be retrieved!

The recordings “number” is not reset during this process. For example, if you had five

recordings currently on the hard drive and you select the

Delete all

button, the next

recording would still be labeled “Recording0006”. In order to reset this counter, you
must select the

Delete all content

button from the

Update Menu.

This requires

Administrator access rights.
