MD8000 Power Supply Module

DC Power Supply Physical Description

The MD8000PS power supply is used to power the MD8000 chassis. Only one power supply
is required to power the chassis. A second power supply can be installed for redundancy.

Part Numbers

CAUTION —

Only DC Power supplies can only be installed in DC chassis. Failure to

comply could cause damage to the chassis and power supply.

CAUTION —

The MD8000 power supply unit in a dual operation mode can be

replaced after turning off the breaker on the power-supply front panel while the power
is applied to the chassis.
