Storage instructions
Please keep the sling in a cool, dry place and do not expose it to direct
sunlight.

The product can be disposed of in the domestic waste.
protect.Arm sling
Intended purpose
The protect.Arm sling is a shoulder joint support. The product is
exclusively to be used for the orthotic fitting of the shoulder and only on
intact skin or if any wounds have been properly covered.
Indications
• Immobilisation after shoulder operations
• Chronic, post-traumatic and postoperative irritation of the shoulder
soft-tissues
• Dislocation of the shoulder
Contraindications
None known at present.
Fitting instructions
• Lay the patient’s arm in the sling, pushing the thumb through the loop
provided.
• Pull the shoulder belt over the patient’s healthy shoulder, pull through
the upper ring and secure it.
Care instructions
Close the hook and loop fasteners before washing. Soap residues can
cause skin irritations material wear.
• Wash the product by hand, preferably using a medi clean detergent, or
in delicate cycle at 30°C using a mild detergent without fabric
conditioners.
• Do not bleach.
• Leave to dry naturally.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.
