Medema Production A/S

Replacing the motor gear

Dismount the central 
wheel and cover.

(See section Checking the 
central wheel).

Cut the cable ties, that 
keeps the multi plug in 
place.

Remove the allen screws, 
(both sides)

Now it can be gently 
removed. 

Dismount the multi plug.

Loosen and dismount 
the 6 Allen bolts. Now 
the motor gear can be 
replaced. 

Mount the new motor gear 
in reverse order.

Note!

The Allen bolts are NOT 
the same size!
Both M6x15 and M6x35 
are used (M6x35 closest 
to the central wheel).

Remount the central 
wheel again.
