Troubleshooting
Specifications
Problem
The speakers produce a pop sound when the
power is turned ON or OFF.
No sound when the keyboard is played.
When using a mobile phone, noise is
produced.
The auto accompaniment does not play
back even Sync is in standby status and
a key is pressed.
Certain notes sound at wrong pitch.
The Harmony function does not operate.
The instrument cannot be recognized after
connecting with PC via USB cable.
Possible Cause and Solution
This is normal , please no cause for alarm.
1. Make sure that the volume is set to an appropriate level.
2. Check the headphones if they are connected to the PHONES jack 2.
Using a mobile phone close to the instrument may produce interference. To
avoid this, turn off the mobile phone or use it further away from the instrument.
Please try to start accompaniment by playing a key in the right-hand section of
the keyboard. To start the accompaniment with Sync Start, make sure to play a
key in the left-hand section of the keyboard.
Make sure that the tuning value is set to 0 . Holding down the [+/YES] and [-/NO]
buttons simultaneously, then turning the power on will set the instrument to its
default setting.
Harmony cannot be turned on when a drum kit is selected for the voice R1.
Please check if the USB cable is being connected firmly, or try to connect
another USB port of the PC, without the need to install another driver on the PC.
Notice:
If you notice any abnormality cannot be handled, please connect the provider or specified repair station, and have the instrument
inspected by qualified service personnel.
