Measurement data, variable number, little endian
The measurement data consists of one status byte, one measured values counter, number of measured val-
ues, and the measured data. The measured values counter increases continuously with each sampled value.
It represents the number of measured values buffered in the sensor since the last enquiry by the master and
therefore represents the number of the measured values transmitted in this package (floats).
