As shown in the screen below, in the menu you can insert clinical events so that they can be 

visible  in  the  trend  window  and  be  recorded  in  the  exportable  data  file.  Click  one  of  these 

buttons to insert a line through the ANI curve and the event will be recorded in the R-R series 

log.
