Step 23 

Remove old excess silicone caulking from lid and unit with a utility knife. Seal 
all around the top of the unit with new silicone. 

Step 24  

Replace the lid. Silicone may squeeze out, this is normal. It is important that 
you allow your unit to sit overnight so that the silicone can dry. If silicone is 

not allowed to dry properly, the lid may leak. 

Step 25  

Start each screw, do not tighten until all screws are started. If not, you will 
not be able to get the last couple of screws in. 

Step 26 

Using your utility knife cut away the excess silicone.
