7 End Users License Agreement
CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT. BY USING THIS
EQUIPMENT AND/OR SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, YOU AND YOUR COMPANY
ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT,
AND ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS
AGREEMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO THIS AGREEMENT, THEN DO NOT USE THE
EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, OR MANUAL.

1. LICENSE GRANT
The computer programs and algorithms, and any portion thereof, (or "Software") and the related
explanatory written materials (or "Documentation"), whether provided independently or loaded
onto processors, equipment, sensors, or other media, or components (or “equipment”) delivered
by McQ Inc, is licensed – not sold – to you by McQ Inc (or “McQ”). Subject to the terms and
conditions of this Agreement, McQ hereby grants to you a nonexclusive license to use one copy
of the Software on any single computer, such that the Software is in use on only one computer
operated by only one person at any time. The Software is "in use" on a computer when it is
loaded or installed into the temporary or permanent memory of a computer or other storage
device or media. "You" or “you” means the person, company, or other entity that is being
licensed to use the Software or Documentation. You may own the computer or the media on
which the Software is provided, but the Software is owned and copyrighted by McQ.
In the event that you have purchased from McQ any upgrades, modifications, updates, additions,
or other copies of the Software, then “Software” shall be deemed to include such upgrades,
modifications, updates, additions, or other copies.
2. TITLE
All rights not specifically granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by McQ. Apart from
the rights enumerated herein, this Agreement does not grant you any right to engage in any other
activity with the Software, to enjoy any ownership right, title, or interest, nor to place any
security interest or other interest in any intellectual property relating to the Software or the
Documentation. McQ reserves all right, title, and ownership interest to the Software and
Documentation, and all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
3. ARCHIVAL OR BACKUP COPIES
You may either: (a) make one copy of the Software, solely for backup or archival purposes; or (b) make one copy of
the Software onto a single hard disk, provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.
4. THINGS YOU MAY NOT DO
The Software and Documentation contain trade secrets or other proprietary information of McQ, and are protected
by state and federal trade secret laws. In addition, the Software is protected by United States copyright laws and
international treaties. You agree to respect all applicable copyright and trade secret laws.
