Mobile phone access
• Disconnect the dome’s WIFI hotspot, select another WIFI
network(family WIFI or company WIFI), or Mobile data, the network
will reconnect, when the camera status changes to online, the
camera has connected to the mobile phone through 4G network.
Note: If the prompt is not online, check if the SIM is
working properly, whether there is any traffic, or
change the card test.
• Add the camera ID to the HiP2P management software, you can access the camera from your
computer.
