Programming interface 

After the Toolmonitor starts, the interface looks like this: 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

The switching state of each port and multiplexer output is shown. 

Switching state of USB ports 

 

Port turned off 

 

Port turned on; no connected device detected 

 

Port turned on; connected device detected or detection function turned off 

 

Port is off although it should be turned on 
Possible cause: 

 

Excess current shutoff 

 

Connected device feeds current back into the USB hub. 

 

Switching state of relay multiplexer outputs 

 

Output turned off 

 

Output turned on 

 

Output is off because off an overcurrent event. To reactivate, turn output off and on 
again. 

 
The supply or charging current out of the USB ports as well as the internal temperature of the device can also
