FTP over HTTP
In this section, you can choose:
• Whether to use passive FTP, which is a more secure form of data transfer than active FTP.
• How to display information about files in FTP directories. Short form displays only file names. The
other forms display more information, including the file size and date.
Handoff host
The appliance can be configured to use a handoff host for HTTP traffic.
A handoff host diverts all client requests to a specific server. This server is then responsible for
handling the client requests. For example, a handoff host is used to divert requests to another proxy,
such as a web cache. A typical port number is 80.
Header blocking and modifications
Use this section to:
• Block some request and response headers.
• Add Via headers to HTTP requests and responses.
