Operation
• Put on the headset and align the microphone as desired.
• Attach the bodypack to your clothes with a bracket.
• Plug the connection plug of the headset into the INPUT (7) socket at the bodypack.
• Switch on the receiver by pressing the POWER switch (2). The display (5) lights up.
• Switch on the transmitter:
Microphone
Push the slider in the microphone up towards the basket. The microphone’s operating display lights up.
Bodypack
Briefly push the button POWER/MUTE (2). The display next to the switch POWER/MUTE (2) lights up green and
the bodypack display shows the set transmitter channel and battery charging condition.
• In the display (5) of the receiver, the signal strength RF and the audio signal AF strength for the transmitters A
and B are displayed.
• Set the desired volume with the VOL A (7) and VOL B (8) controls at the receiver and the volume control at the
audio device.
• Briefly push the button POWER/MUTE (2) at the bodypack to mute the headset. The display next to the switch
POWER/MUTE (2) lights up red. To de-activate the mute function again, push the button again briefly. The
display next to the button POWER/MUTE (2) lights up green again.
• To switch off the microphone, push the switch at the microphone down towards the battery compartment.
• Keep the button POWER/MUTE (2) pushed until the display goes out to switch off the bodypack.
Where there are any interfering noises or problems due to the range, try several channel settings at the
transmitters and receiver. The channel settings at the transmitter and the set receiver channel at the
receiver must be identical, however, because radio transmission is not otherwise possible.
Alternatively, you may also try realigning the aerials for better reception.
