• Patented Rigid/fixed eccentric shaft is offset in exclusive bearing collars. Ample amplitude, centrifugal
force and uniform vibration along the full screed length. No hammering action failures. No weldment
failures.
• Patented keyed and splined flexible shaft coupler simplifies section assembly without multiple
hardware pieces. No additional hardware required or cost for invert or crowning.
• Patented double jointed turnbuckle provides precision grade control with easy and quick alignment of
bolts through section yoke. No cumbersome threading, thread cleaning and thread stripping.
• Patented unique cast aluminum 45 degree designed A-frames provide maximum structural strength.
