1. For share setting, click the ‘Share’ button after
checking the folder to be shared.
2. When the share setting window is displayed, setting
can be made for group share, user share or guest
user share.
3. To administrate sharing, search ID and check the
list for sharing to add the ID to the list.
4. Provide authorizations (Read, Write, Read/ Write),
complete modification and click ‘OK’ button. The
Check button must be activated before pressing
the ‘Modify’ button. (The same procedures apply
for changing of the Shared folder.)
5. Sharing can be set only to the highest folder.
6. Sharing authorities are given in the order of “Write”
“Read/ Write”. For example, a folder set with
both “Read” and “Read/Write” authorization is
processed with “Read/ Write” authorization.
