3.12 Suspension
The pedal assisted bicycle is equipped with two suspension systems, one at the front (Figure 10.1 / 10.2) and one at the
rear (Figure 10.3), which allow to dampen the stresses caused by the roughness of the ride. The suspension models are
adjustable, by means of special adjustment controls in the upper and lower part of the same. In particular, it is possible to
vary the preload of the forks by turning the lever in the upper part to the left (Ref. Q - Figure 10.1). The blue lever positioned
at the top right (Ref. P - Figure 10.1), on the other hand, allows the compression to be blocked, effectively transforming
the suspension from amortized to rigid. Furthermore, it is possible to adjust the return speed of the suspension itself by
turning the red knob positioned in the lower right part of the fork (Ref. R - Figure 10.2). For the shock absorber, through the
lever (Ref. K - Figure 10.3) it is possible to adjust the compression speed, while the red one adjusts the extension speed of
the shock absorber compression rebound (Ref. X - Figure 10.3).
