2. Checking the air unit drain function

The automatic drain function of the mist separator is faulty in the following cases.
A. Air is always leaking through the drain port.
Corrective action: Turn the drain port in the "
→
S" direction for closing.
If the air still leaks, refer to 5-5 “Pneumatic System” for the corrective action
to be taken.
B. Large amount of water is discharged from the drain port when the drain port is turned in the "O
←
" direction.
Corrective action: The mist separator must be changed.
