Cleaning
1. Before you begin with the cleaning, switch the temperature regulator to „0“.
2. Disconnect the power plug from the outlet and let the pizza oven cool down completely. Grasp the plug, not the
power cable.
ATTENTION:
never dive the grill and heating elements with power cable in the water or clean them under running
water. Prevent any contact of electric components with water.
3. The pizza stone can be easily removed for cleaning by using the handles.
4. Possibly clean the pizza stone from food residues with a grill brush or kitchen spatula. Do not use sharp objects or
cleaning agents.
5. Carefully wipe the heating elements with a slightly damped cloth and then dry with a soft, dry cloth.
IMPORTANT:
do not use sharp or abrasive cleaners or solvents to clean the pizza oven.
6. Please clean the other pieces of the pizza oven only with a damp cloth and some detergent and dry with a soft cloth.
7. Do not clean the pizza oven or removable parts in the dishwasher.
IMPORTANT:
allow the pizza oven to dry completely after each cleaning.
