TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible issues which occur during use are listed below. If you cannot solve the
troubles according to following information, please contact your local dealer.
Part Replacement
The air purifier is a maintenance-free device if it is used and stored with care. If you
need to replace it, please contact the Manufacturer or authorised dealer.
Caution: Turn off Power Switch if you want to open the front panel of the unit
to replace filters or parts.

Unable to start
No or little air is discharged from the
Although the air purifier has been
operating for a long time, air quality is
not significantly improved
1. Check whether the filters are installed and the the packing
bag is removed from the filter.
2. Check whether the filter is very dirty, and replace the filter
if necessary.
3. Ensure the device is free standing and has adequate
space around it for free air movement. Min. 1m is
recomended.

4. The room where the air purifier is located is oversized
.
The power plus is not properly inserted: reinsert the power
plug.
The inlet cover or the filter is not installed correctly.
The air purifier is place on slanted plane.
Turn off the unit and remove the the plastic filter packaging.
Check CO2 levels with an external CO2 monitor. Ventilate
the area with fresh air as required.
If the situation has not been improved after basic
maintenance, replace the filters.
The filter smells bad within several weeks or months if it is
used under the existence of cigarette, barbecue and other
strong odours, immediately replace the filters, and maintain
adequate indoor ventilation.
The air inlet or air outlet is blocked: remove any obstructing
elements; if the filter is very dirty; replace the filter.
Excessive noise
