A aching Sanding Paper(Fig.1)

Choose the sanding paper according to the material being worked. Use sanding paper with a 40 resp, 60

grain for rough sanding and on uneven surf

aces. Use the finder g

rain of 120 f

or smoother finish.

1. P

ress the bu on inwards in order t

racket.

2.

A

ach the sanding paper on the sanding plate and make sur

e the holes on the sanding paper fit with

openings on the base plate. Only this way the sanding dust can be extracted thr

sanding plate.

3. Firmly p

ress sanding paper down on the sanding plate.

Al

ways use abrasive papers suited to the material you want to sand. Then papers must have correct grain

size.

Depending on grain size there are degrees of coarseness. The coar

seness is specified

by a number on the

back of paper

s. The higher the number is, the finer the g

rain.

It is impor

tant to use the right paper for each job. For rough sanding use grain sizes up to 80, f

wood

as larch, pine or spruce use papers from 60grit to 150grit.For dense hardwood as beech or maple, the grain

sizes with up to 220 can be used.

Assembling/Disassembling/Emptying the Dust Bag(Fig.2)

Al

ways use the dust bag when sanding

1. Place the du

st bag onto the provided exhaust c

ox up to the end into housing.

2. To remove the dust c

ox, just pull the box outwar

ds. P

referably clean the dust c

ox

and the exhause c

a er each use. By doing this the dust c

ox can be

easily inserted and removed.

3.

For emptying the dust c

g, just tap out or, if available, clean with compressed air.

Switching the Finishing Sander ON and OFF(Fig.3)

1. To switch on the machine, depress the ON/OFF trigger

2. For locking the ON/OFF trigger, push the locking bu on in the handgrip,

while holding the ON/OFF trigger in the “

3.

To switch o

ff the machine, p

ress the ON/FF trigger again. The locking bu on

moves back. Now release the ON/OFF trigger.

A

er switching o

ff and b

efore pu

own the machine, allow the motor come to a complete stands

Hold the machine firmly with

your hand when using and whenever possible, move the machine in a steady

rallel to the surface. By doing so, you will avoid grooves or hollows on surface.

Sanding

Apply only mode

rate pressure on the machine. Too much pressure will lead to jamming of the mechanism

and will spoil the result. Excessive pressure will overhea

t the machine. Al

ways select abrasive paper with

coarseness suited the c

smoothness is r

you desire a ver

you may slightly moisten the surface before the

last sanding. This will slightly sw

ell the fib

res and allo

w a smother finish.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

C

rom the plas

to empty. Empty

carefully, try not to create dust. Do not breathe in saw dus

t!

Wash out the bag in cold soapy water and

allow drying.

Before each use, check the machine, the cable and accessories to ensure that they are not damaged. Have

any necessary repairs completed by a specialist.
