Operation Instruction
1 ) 差动比是通过松开 螺帽① 后,把 调节 杆②上 下移
动来 进行 调 节 的.调 节 后请 拧 紧 螺 帽 ①.
7.差动比的调节
Adjusting the diff feed ratio

Loosen the nut

and move the lever up

down to obtain the correct differential feed ratio

then
tighten nut

8.针脚长度的调节
Adjusting the stitch length
1）摁住套筒按钮,旋转动皮带轮,套筒按钮会陷阱更
深处。
2 ）这时边摁住套筒按钮,边转动皮带轮,使校准标记
对准希望的数值。
注：针脚长度的调节务必请在调节差动比之后进行
调节。
1)while pressing the button, turn the handwheel to seek the
position at the push button goes further into the depth.

6.压脚压力的调节

1 )压脚压力 的调节是松开 螺帽①和旋转 螺丝②来进
行的 。在能取得平 稳针脚的范围 内，尽量调的 松一
些为 好。
