7. Troubleshooting

does not light
up.
1) Power is not supplied.
2) Power supply Specification differ from what
was confirmed at the delivery.

supply is correct.

not light up.
1) Sensitivity adjusting volume is set to the
lowest (0).
2) Material is adhering to the probe.
3) The dust switch is not earthed or is not
earthed correctly.
4) Failure of the device
1) Check by turning the volume to
change the level of sensitivity.
2) Check for any material adhering to
the probe section.
3) Check whether the dust switch is
earthed through the earth terminal
on the side of the housing.

Detection level
indicator does
not go out.
1) Sensitivity adjusting volume is set to the
highest (10).
2) Material is adhering to the probe.
3) The dust switch is not earthed or is not
earthed correctly.
4) Failure of the device
5) A large amount of material is flowing.
1) Check by turning the volume to
change the level of sensitivity.
2) Check for any material adhering to
the probe.
3) Check whether the dust switch is
earthed through the earth terminal
on the side of the housing.
