1. Turn the Power Control (1) dial to

Defrost .

2. Turn the Defrost (kg) (2) dial to the

desired weight of defrost food as stated

in the food cooking guide.

3. The microwave oven will automatically

start the cooking.

4. The microwave will sound once the

cooking is completed.
